Trilithic's ZM series of minimum loss, coaxial pads are resistive "L" pads which provide the minimum loss possible for resistive matching between different impedances. They provide superior performance through 1 GHz and offer an accurate and convenient means of impedance transformation. Most signal and sweep generators have a nominal source impedance of 50 or 75 ohms. However, by using the ZM series pads, these impedances can be transformed to a different impedance as required for a specific application. Impedance conversions other than those shown can be provided on special request. When ordering, be sure to specify:

  • Input impedance, connector type, and connector sex.
  • Output impedance, connector type, and connector sex.

Available in a variety of connector configurations.

The NEW ZM-57-3 series of impedance matcing pads operate to 3 GHz. These units are only available with 75 ohm Precision type F connectors. These units are available with a variety of connector configurations.
